Have you ever thought about starting that exercise class, joining that sports team or signing up to that course, if we are all honest with ourselves, I think we all have. However, the difference is that some people keep these as a thought and others act on them. I decided about a year ago, I am going to be one of the people that acts on the things I really want to do and yes maybe be a bit impulsive - but so what?! These actions are the ones that push ourselves to do the things we really want to do. However, when it comes down to it, some of us are too scared to push ourselves out of our comfort zone and come up with excuse after excuse about why we didn't end up doing what we really wanted to do. Well I finally said to myself no more and when it came down to it, pushing myself out of my comfort zone in one area of my life makes me want to do it in other areas of my life and it feels great!
